1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a class with Learn Quran Kids, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Learn Quran Kids provides one-to-one online Quran classes for children, including Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, and Islamic Studies, delivered live by qualified teachers. Every new family is offered one free trial class before enrolling in a paid plan.
3. Bookings and Scheduling
Classes are booked at agreed times between the family and their assigned teacher. We ask that families provide accurate contact details and give as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling a class.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and class frequency shown on our website at the time of booking. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
5. Conduct
We ask all families and students to treat teachers with courtesy and respect during lessons. We expect the same standard of conduct from our teachers towards every student and family.
6. Website Use
This website and its content are provided for the purpose of learning about and booking our classes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and course materials, is the property of Learn Quran Kids and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide a consistent, high-quality teaching experience, but we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or timeframes, as progress depends on individual attendance, effort, and ability.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
